(Dan Tri) – Volkswagen Viloran promises to have modern equipment to compete with Hyundai Custin and Kia Carnival, but the price of the European brand car model will likely not be cheap.
Sales consultants recently shared information that the Volkswagen Viloran car line will be brought to Vietnam in the near future.

Volkswagen Viloran is developed based on the MQB chassis platform, with length, width and height of 5,346mm, 1,976mm and 1,781mm respectively.
Viloran’s design is a bit SUV-oriented with many square and angular lines.

Viloran’s interior has many similarities to the Volkswagen Teramont being sold in Vietnam.
According to sales consultants, this minivan model will have some notable amenities such as a panoramic sunroof, heating/cooling and massage for all seats.

Regarding performance, it is unclear which engine configuration Volkswagen Viloren will use when it returns to Vietnam.
The standard variant has a maximum capacity of 174 horsepower and maximum torque of 320Nm.
Regardless of the version, the car is equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and front-wheel drive system.

The selling price of the car has not been revealed but it is likely not going to be cheap, because Volkswagen positions the brand at the `asymptotic luxury` level, all product lines have high prices compared to popular cars.
In China, the car has a starting price of 289,800 yuan, converted to about 974 million VND.
If the selling price is set at a high price, Volkswagen Viloran will have difficulty competing in our country.
