On the same day, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that hospitals have enough medicine and blood for victims of the Crocus City terrorist attack.

After the terrorist attack, Russia arrested 11 suspects, including 4 people believed to be directly involved in the attack.

Moscow also suspects that this group is connected to contacts in Ukraine and the West because after the attack, the suspects tried to flee to Ukraine, but were captured by Russian security forces.

Kiev and its Western allies have rejected the accusation.

However, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on March 27 that it was difficult to believe that IS had the ability to carry out such an attack.
